I’m an AI-era Product Design Lead with 18+ years of experience turning complex systems into products that feel clear, useful, and ready for production. My work sits at the intersection of SaaS, automation, data-rich workflows, and human-AI experiences — spanning healthcare, insurance, real estate, blockchain, digital crowdfunding, enterprise tools, and systems design.

I started in architecture, which still shapes how I think about product work: structure matters, context matters, and the best experiences are designed with both precision and empathy. Over the years, I’ve helped startups, growth-stage teams, and enterprise product organizations translate ambiguous business problems into product strategy, scalable UX frameworks, high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and workflows that help people make better decisions faster.

Recently, my focus has been on designing AI-assisted products that balance power with trust: automation that saves time, interfaces that explain themselves, workflows that keep humans in control, and product experiences that feel genuinely useful instead of artificially complicated. I’m especially interested in building tools for the next generation of work, products that make complex decisions easier, reduce friction, and help teams move with more clarity and confidence.
